The peak of Bukit Pergasingan is at an altitude of 1750 meters above sea level. The view from this hill is extraordinarily beautiful in the form of an ancient caldera of the Sembalun Valley surrounded by mountains. to the west, Mount Rinjani also looks large. While to the east you can see the view of the sea and Mount Tambora on the island of Sumbawa.

The best time to climb Bukit Pergasingan is at 3 am to enjoy the beautiful view of the sunrise. However, of course you can adjust it to your time.

Starting the climb from an altitude of 1150 meters above sea level makes it easier for climbers to conquer the peak. Not only professional climbers can climb Bukit Pergasingan, novice climbers are also suitable to explore this place because the track is relatively easy. The first 45 minutes we will find a fairly steep track. The slope is about 40 degrees but it is not a ravine so it is safe for climbers.
